My kit bag

Many of my images are taken during photo expeditions to polar regions – especially Svalbard and Antarctica – in rough conditions. I need equipment that not only delivers me the best image quality but also works in wet, cold, and unpleasant conditions. I cannot afford to risk my camera equipment breaking down thousands of kilometers away from the closest camera store or service center. I try not to have too much or too heavy equipment available, so I can fit most of it in my hand luggage on airplanes. Below is the list of equipment I regularly use for my photography.
